Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website at northportconcreteandmasonry.com or engaging Premier North Port Concrete & Masonry ("we," "us," or "our") for any services. By accessing this Site or requesting services from us, you agree to these terms.
By using this website or requesting services from Premier North Port Concrete & Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this Site or engage our services.
Premier North Port Concrete & Masonry provides residential and commercial masonry and concrete contracting services in North Port, FL and surrounding areas, including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick and stone work, driveway pavers, retaining walls, fireplace installation, and related masonry services.
All services are subject to availability, project scope, and our capacity at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates are provided after an on-site assessment of your property. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. An estimate is not a guaranteed final price - actual costs may vary if conditions discovered during work differ materially from those observed during the initial assessment.
Any change to the scope of work after a written estimate has been accepted must be agreed to in writing by both parties before additional work proceeds. Verbal agreements to change scope are not binding on Premier North Port Concrete & Masonry.
Information provided on this website or in general marketing materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a price quote.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you of any significant scheduling changes as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or after work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor already performed. Specific cancellation terms will be included in your written project agreement.
Payment terms for each project are set forth in the written project agreement. A deposit may be required prior to scheduling or ordering materials. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise specified in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your written agreement.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee and may result in a lien on the property in accordance with applicable Florida law. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through legal channels.
When permits are required for a project under applicable local or state building codes, Premier North Port Concrete & Masonry will apply for and manage the permitting process as part of the contracted scope of work. Permit fees are the responsibility of the property owner and will be included in or added to the project estimate where applicable. Work will not commence on permit-required projects until the permit is issued.
Any warranty provided by Premier North Port Concrete & Masonry will be set forth in your written project agreement. Workmanship warranties are limited to defects resulting directly from our installation or repair work and do not cover damage caused by subsequent property changes, extreme weather events, acts of nature, improper maintenance, or conditions outside our control.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer and are not extended or modified by Premier North Port Concrete & Masonry.
This website and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of website content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier North Port Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be limited under applicable law.
By engaging our services, you confirm that you are the property owner or an authorized representative with the right to authorize the work. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to ensure the area is clear of obstructions prior to the scheduled start date unless otherwise arranged. Premier North Port Concrete & Masonry is not responsible for delays caused by inadequate access or site conditions not disclosed before work began.
If a dispute arises from or relates to our services or these terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or through the courts of FL, at the election of the party initiating the proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to prevent immediate harm.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings related to these terms or our services shall be brought in the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
